An essential tool for any business, automatically delivering your email to our secure server in the event of system failure or a power outage. Your mail will then be
automatically forwarded to you when your server is ready to receive it again.
Overview
With an ever increasing number of businesses using email as their primary source of communication, being unable to receive those emails for any length of time can be a devastating blow. With emails now containing everything from potential sales opportunities to
your company’s financial information - a backup solution is vital.
Email Store & Forward™ provides you with the reassurance that in the event of hardware or network failure, your company does not
suffer reduced productivity or revenue due to ’lost’ or bounced emails. Your emails will be routed to us for safe storage automatically.
Should your server be unable to receive emails for any reason, our managed servers will take over and receive your emails for you,
virus scanning all mails and attachments before storing them on our monitored RAID storage system, here they will stay until your
server is ready to receive incoming mail. Awaiting emails will then be forwarded to your server automatically or you may choose to
collect your emails when you are ready to accept them.

| Why Do I Need My Mail Stored? |
| In the event of a power outage, hardware failure or Internet outage, you want to know any inbound emails will still
get to you. They will be safely stored with us until you are back up and running. |

| How Does It Work? |
| After initial setup our server will act as a permanent backup for your emails, each time a problem is detected with your system, your emails will be automatically sent to us where they will stay for up to 14 days. |

| How Do I Receive the Emails? |
| There are two ways of receiving your mail, you may wish to check if you have mail waiting and collect it when it suits
you, or have it sent automatically, this way your mail will arrive with you as soon as it is able to reach you again. |

| What If I Need Longer Term Storage? |
Should you need storage for longer than 14 days, this can be arranged. Please call us to discuss your requirements. |
